Time for worship at Masjid al-Haram, rest and any separately arranged Ziyarat.
Day 8 · Madinah
Check out and continue to Madinah using the confirmed train or road-transfer arrangement.

Time for prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi and any optional local visits. Ziyarat is optional unless listed in your quotation.
Day 13 · Madinah
Check out and transfer to the confirmed airport for the flight back to the UK.
